2. Scope
This policy applies when you visit srirobo.com, register interest, request product or partnership information, or contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or an approved support channel.
The website currently provides pre-launch product information. It does not create user accounts, accept orders or payments, provide a customer dashboard, or collect connected-trolley telemetry. Future apps, connected hardware, accounts, payments, customer deployments, employee data, and operational telemetry will require separate or expanded notices.
3. Information you provide
Register-interest enquiries
The register-interest page may ask for your name, work email, organisation, optional telephone number, location, operating environment, product direction of interest, and the workflow or material-movement problem you describe.
When you select “Send enquiry”, the form sends these details through our Amazon Web Services enquiry endpoint in Mumbai, India. The endpoint validates the request, sends the enquiry to our Google Workspace business mailbox using Amazon Simple Email Service, and does not write the enquiry content to the website’s Amazon S3 storage.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare may process limited device, browser, network, IP-address, challenge, and security information needed to assess the request. We validate the resulting short-lived token on the server before accepting the enquiry.
SRIROBO website code does not use browser-storage APIs to retain the entered form values. Your browser, operating system, email application, or email provider may retain information when you choose the separate direct-email option according to your settings and their practices.
Support and other communications
When you contact us, we may handle your contact details, organisation and role, enquiry or support content, call details such as number, date, time and duration, correspondence, response history, and attachments or technical information you choose to provide.
4. Technical information
Our hosting, content-delivery, domain, certificate, security, and network providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, requested page or file, response status, user-agent information, and security or availability events.
The website is hosted using Amazon Web Services. Website content is stored in India and delivered through a global content-delivery network. Online enquiry requests are processed by our AWS endpoint in Mumbai and delivered by email; enquiry content is not written to the website’s static-file storage. Limited technical and security information may be processed in India and other locations necessary to deliver and secure the website and operate Turnstile.
6. How we use personal data
We may use relevant personal data to:
- respond to enquiries, support requests, and privacy requests;
- understand an operating environment and proposed product direction;
- arrange product, engineering, partnership, or commercial discussions;
- maintain necessary correspondence and follow-up records;
- operate, secure, and improve the website;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; and
- comply with applicable law and lawful requests.
We do not sell personal data or use enquiry information for third-party advertising. Where consent is required, we will request a clear affirmative choice and allow withdrawal through the privacy contact.
8. International processing
Some hosting, email, telephone, messaging, security, or support providers may process information outside India. We apply safeguards appropriate to the provider, information, and applicable requirements. This policy does not determine the location of future SRIROBO product telemetry or customer data; those flows must be assessed separately before launch.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, an applicable legal or security requirement, dispute handling, or an approved business-record need. Our current policy periods are:
- Product-interest and general enquiries: up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
- Support records: up to two years after the support case closes, with unnecessary attachments removed earlier when practical.
- WhatsApp records: the corresponding enquiry or support period; spam and wrong-number messages may be removed sooner, and unnecessary media or full privacy-request chats may be removed when a minimal record is sufficient.
- Applicable security logs: at least 180 rolling days within India where the CERT-In directions apply.
- Minimal privacy-request and grievance audit records: up to three years after closure.
An active opportunity, contract, investigated incident, dispute, legal requirement, or legal hold may require a different period. Information covered by a valid deletion request is deleted or de-identified unless continued retention is necessary and lawful.
10. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and risk. Website controls include HTTPS, private origin storage, encryption at rest, restricted administrative access, origin-restricted enquiry processing, Cloudflare Turnstile validation, managed deployment credentials, and incident-response procedures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide information about relevant personal data, correct inaccurate information, delete information that is no longer necessary or lawfully required, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, stop optional communications, or address a privacy grievance.
Email privacy@sricloudsolutions.com. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Our target is to acknowledge a request within two business days and complete it within 30 calendar days. If a request is unusually complex, we will notify you before that target and provide a revised date. The Grievance Officer will address grievances expeditiously and within one month after receipt.
12. Children
The website and enquiry channels are intended for organisations, professionals, and authorised adults. They are not directed to children. Do not submit personal data about a child through the website.
13. Third-party links
The website may link to Sri Cloud Solutions, email applications, WhatsApp, or other independent services. Their own notices apply, and a link does not mean that we control their processing.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, contact channels, providers, legal requirements, or SRIROBO services change. We will publish the updated version and effective date and provide additional notice where required.
